| Prayer for Peace is the first of a series of “healing” paintings. With carefully chosen symbols and colors, the theme represents peace and release of anxiety. The background with shades of blue and flecks of gold, was inspired by the stone lapis lazuli, which is often used as a healing stone to relieve anxiety. It fades to light coming from from the Christmas roses, which legend indicates hold the meaning “relieve my anxiety”. The ethereal being works to heal in her Prayer for Peace. | ||||||||
